Fairy Dragon Hair Clip – French Barrette

Description

These Fairy Dragons are cast in resin from my original model. The wings are attached with apoxie clay and each one is hand painted and finished by me.

After lots of testing several ideas for attaching the hair clips I settled on casting the clip directly into the resin as its hardening. This works really well at keeping the clip attached to the Fairy Dragon.

The wings on these are painted feathers and the eyes are designed and printed by me and attached to glass cabochons.

The original concept was for the Fairy Dragon to appear to be nesting in your hair thanks to the attached hair clip. The alligator style clip also allows it to be clipped to a should strap from a bag that you may have over your shoulder.
